Easy Vegetable Stir Fry Noodle

Ingredients

  • 100 g drive noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • A handful of soy beans
  • 1/4 tsp chicken broth mix
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce optional

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Cut the zucchinis into shreds

  2. Cut the pepper into slices

  3. Whisk 2 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, once the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil. Cook the noodles, drain well.
  2. Heat up a fry pan or saute pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, make scramble eggs. Once done, transfer to a plate. In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp cooking oil, saute bell pepper for few minutes, then add zucchini to continue saute, then add the soy beans to the pan, continue cooking.
  3. Once the vegetables become soft, add drained noodles to the pan, add soy sauce, stir and mix well the vegetables with the noodles, continue cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Taste, then add salt or soy sauce if needed.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
