Place ribs inside InstantPot and add green onion, ginger, star anise and 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (optional)
Add water till reaching 5 or 6 cup mark in the pot. Cover the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position. Press “Manual” button and set 35 minutes of cooking time.
When the program is done, wait another 10 minutes for the the valve to go down, slowly release the pressure then open the lid.
