Spaghetti with Bacon & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 100 g prosciutto
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk 2 eggs, add Parmesan cheese, salt and ground black pepper, stir and mix well

  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, when the water is boiling, add a pinch of salt and few drops of oil, cook spaghetti to al dente, drain well

  3. Heat a fry pan over medium heat, cook prosciutto until crisp. Transfer prosciutto slices to a cutting board. Crumble prosciutto
  4. In the same fry pan, add spaghetti to the pan, then add crumble prosciutto, mix well. Turn off the stove. Pour sauce base over the spaghetti, quickly stir and mix well

  5. Serve and Enjoy!
