Instructions
Preparation:
Braised ground pork with mushrooms
Sour and spicy sauce:
Heat up 2 tsp cooking oil over medium-high heat, saute minced garlic, ginger
Add braised ground pork with mushrooms, cooking wine, light soy sauce, white pepper, and water, bring it to a boil, then remove from the heat
Add sesame oil, chili oil, dark vinegar, chicken broth mix, finely chopped green onion, and LaoGanMa spicy chili crisp, mix well
Instruction:
Cook noodles and drain well
Add noodles to the sauce, serve and enjoy!
